Rainbow Witch Returns

This is a sequel, of a sort, to Drunk Artistic Witch. I liked the way that caption turned out and I've realized that I have quite a few images with some sort of rainbow theme. So, I decided to make that drunk witch with a thing for rainbow colored hair (or other things...) a recurring character.
